Second floor addition and remodel of a small Cape style home in Arlington, MA
This addition and complete renovation included transforming an existing Cape style home into a contemporary cottage. A primary goal of the project was to maximize space, while keeping the scale of the property in context with the neighborhood. Kraus Associates also provided construction management for this project.
