Charles formed Kraus Architects in 1999 after working as a project manager with Sheskey Architects for 6 years. Charles has a strong background in construction, which gives him a keen understanding of how the process works, and aids in the creation of “build-able” architecture.

David has a strong sense for identifying where sophisticated design concepts meet practicality and constructability. Prior to joining Kraus Associates in 2022, he entered the industry as a Designer and Drafter for a New England based, commercial architecture firm. He strives to maintain thoughtfulness and meticulousness in his design work, and values building working client relationships. 

David is actively taking the Architectural Registration Exams (ARE) in pursuit of becoming a registered architect in Massachusetts.

Elizaveta Basov is a detail-oriented designer dedicated to creating functional, efficient, and well-crafted spaces. Before joining Kraus Associates, she contributed to large-scale projects at Volumetric Building Company and supported state construction initiatives at DCAMM, bringing a technical and problem-solving approach to every project. She is committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality design solutions tailored to client needs. 

Set to graduate with a Bachelor of Architecture from Boston Architectural College, Elizaveta is working toward the Architectural Registration Exams (ARE) to become a Licensed Architect in Massachusetts.
