Kraus Associates is a well-established architect-led design/build firm with a portfolio of work that includes residential, commercial, institutional and health care projects. We work to find a balance between the dreams, practical requirements and budget constraints of our clientele, while remaining conscious of surrounding context. 

Our clients come from all walks of life and styles come and go. As architects, we certainly have our preferences, but our ability to listen and not push our clients to fit into our own vision of what their project should be is one of our real strengths.

Realizing the need for responsible building and quality craftsmanship, we offer construction management services for many of the projects we design. Kraus Associates will see the project through to completion, as the general contractor, and assure the care taken in the design phases is carried through to the completed project.
