The goal for this project was to re-build an existing colonial to maintain its scale and character, while creating a more contemporary addition, extending toward the rear of the lot. The garage is at the rear to keep it out of sight. The first floor guest suite between the main house and the garage creates guest privacy as well as an option for future single-floor living.
